Auntie Wendy's Land of Nod Cinnamon Buns

Land of Nod: Sunrise Cinnamon Raisin Buns

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes
From: Auntie Wendy

A favorite quick version cinnamon roll. It thaws while you sleep, simply turn on the oven when you wake up and you'r house will start smelling like cinnamon sugar- getting everyone else out of bed.

1 package frozen dinner rolls (20)
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup melted butter

For variety try substituting chocolate pudding powder and chocolate chips for raisins. I also prefer to cut my frozen rolls in half for more bite sized buns.

1. Grease 10" pan (bundt, angel food, loaf pan).

2. Place 10 rolls in pan, sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar over and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon,

3. Drizzle 1/2 of the melted butter.

4. Layer in 10 more rolls, sprinkling with remaining sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.

5. Cover with damp cloth and let stand 8 hours in a dry, warm place.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Turn out of pan onto serving dish and enjoy!
