Land of Nod: Cheese Bread

1 package frozen dinner rolls (20)
3 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup sharp cheddar
assorted spices

Try using specialty cheese like monterey jack. Cut frozen buns in half for smaller sizes and more flavor.

1. Grease 10" pan (bundt, angle food, loaf pan)

2. Place half of the rolls inside.

3. Drizzle half the melted butter, grated cheese, and spices.

4. Layer remaining buns. Sprinkle with butter, cheese, and spices.

5. Cover with damp cloth and let stand 8 hours (to speed thaw and rising- place in warm oven at 100 degrees for 4 hours)

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 15. Turn out onto serving dish.
