Brady's Basic Crepes

Brady's Basic Crepes

Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Yield: 12 to 14 crepes

2 cups milk
4 eggs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour, sifted

1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and mix until batter is smooth (15-20 seconds).

2. Spray non-stick cooking spray onto an eight inch frying pan. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and cook over medium-low heat. Turning pan immediately from side to side to form and even circle.

3. Cook for about 1-2 minutes per side, until lightly browned.

4. Remove from heat and stack until ready to serve. We place the cooked crepes into a low oven to keep warm.

5. Serve with favorite toppings. Whipping cream, fresh fruit, ice cream, nutella, honeybutter, are a few of our favorites.
