Maija's Elegant White Chocolate Raspberry Muffins

3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup white chocolate chips

1. Combine listed ingredients (omitting raspberries and chocolate) in a stand mixer on medium low speed.

2. Fold in last raspberries and white chocolate chips with spatula.

3. Divide batter into lined/grased and oiled muffin tins.

4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

5. When cooled dip muffin top in melted butter and sprinkle with white sugar.
